Ingredients:
Makhana: 80 gms
Paneer: 80 gms
Onion: 50 gms
Carrot: 50 gms
Bell Peppers: 50 gms
Salt: to taste
Pepper: to taste
Olive Oil: 20 ml
Lemon juice 15 ml
Cumin/Jeera Powder: a Pinch
Procedure:
- Dry roast Makhana for 5-7 minutes or until crispy/golden brown, set aside.
- Cut paneer into half inch cubes.
- Cut all the vegetables into small dices.
- Prepare a dressing by mixing together Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, salt, pepper, cumin powder.
- In a big bowl add all the diced vegetables, Paneer, Makhana to the dressing, Toss well.
- Serve fresh for optimum Taste.
