Ingredients:
Makhana: 100 gms
Boiled chickpeas: 100 gms
Onion: 50 gms
Tomatoes: 50 gms
Bell Peppers: 50 gms
Carrot: 50 gms
Salt: to taste
Pepper: to taste
Olive Oil: 20 ml
Lemon Juice: 20 ml
Procedure:
- Dry Roast Makhana for 5-7 minutes or until crispy/golden brown, Keep aside.
- Cut all the vegetables into 1 cm cubes.
- In a Big bowl add Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper. Mix vigorously until it emulsifies.
- Add your boiled Chickpeas, Makhana, and cubed vegetables into the salad dressing. mix well.
- Serve fresh for optimum taste.
