Ingredients:
Makhana: 200 gms
Oil: 2 tbsp
Dried & finely crushed mint/Pudina leaves: 1 tbsp
Garlic powder: 1 tsp
Ginger powder: a pinch
Cumin/Jeera Powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tbsp
Procedure:
- Heat a Aluminium Pan/Kadai on a medium flame.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil, and heat it up.
- Add your Makhanas and roast them on medium flame for 7-8 minutes or until they are crispy on the outside.
- Remove from flame and take the Makhanas out on a plate.
- Then in the same Aluminium Pan/Kadai add 1 tablespoon of oil and all the spices mentioned
- Mix well and turn on the flame to medium-low.
- Then once the spices start to sizzle add your Makhana, mix well and again roast them in the pan for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve fresh and crisp for a better experience
- You can also store it in an air-tight container for future use.
