Ingredients:
Makhana: 200 gms
Oil: 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
Turmeric/Haldi: 1 tsp
Dry Mango/ Amchoor Powder: 1 tsp
Sugar: 2 tsp
Salt: to taste
Procedure:
- Heat an Aluminium Pan/Kadai on a medium flame.
- Add 2 tablespoons of oil, and heat it up.
- Add your Makhanas and roast them on a medium flame for 7-8 minutes or until they are crispy on the outside.
- Remove from the flame in a big bowl and while they are still hot, add all the spices.
- Toss it well until it is mixed through.
- Serve fresh and crisp for a better experience
- You can also store it in an air-tight container for future use.
