Ingredients:
Makhana: 200 grams
Oil: 2 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Garlic powder: 1 tsp
Onion powder: 1 tsp
Oregano Powder: 1 tsp
Chilli powder: 1 tsp
Cheddar Cheese: 1 tsp
Parsley Powder: ½ tsp (optional)
Procedure:
- Heat an Aluminium Pan/Kadai on a medium flame.
- Add 2 tablespoons of oil, and heat it up.
- Add your Makhanas and roast them on a medium flame for 7-8 minutes or until they are crispy on the outside.
- Mix all the spices and seasonings together in a small bowl & mix well.
- Remove from the flame in a big bowl and while they are still hot, add the Italian seasoning spice mixture and toss it until it's coated properly.
- Serve fresh and crisp for a better experience.
- You can also store it in an air-tight container for future use.
