Ingredients:
Makhana: 200 gms
Sugar: 100 gms
Oil: 1 tbsp
Procedure:
- In a hot Pan, add oil and roast Makhana for 5-7 minutes or until crispy/golden brown.
- Remove & set aside.
- Take a dry Non stick pan and put it on medium heat.
- Add your sugar into it and let it caramelize into a light golden colour.
- Then add your Makahana and mix well.
- Let them cool down.
- Serve fresh.
