Ingredients:
Makhana 100 gms
Peanuts: 100 gms
Onions: 50 gms
Tomatoes: 50 gms
Bell pepper/Capsicum: 50 gms
Carrot: 50 gms
Salt: to taste
Pepper: to taste
Olive oil: 10 ml
Lemon juice: 10 ml
Procedure:
- Dry roast Makhana for 7-8 minutes or until crispy, keep aside.
- Dry roast peanuts separately and remove the skin, keep aside.
- Cut all the vegetables into 1 cm cubes.
- In a Big bowl add Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper. Mix vigorously until it emulsifies.
- Then toss your cubed vegetables, Peanuts & Makhana into the dressing you made in step 4.
- Serve fresh for optimum Taste.
