Ingredients:
Makhana: 200 grams
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Chaat Masala: 1 tbsp
Salt: To Taste
Jeera/Cumin Powder: ½ tbsp
Red chilli powder: ½ tbsp
Procedure:
- Heat an Aluminium Pan/Kadai on a medium flame.
- Add 2 tablespoons of oil, and heat it up.
- Add your Makhanas and roast them on a medium flame for 7-8 minutes or until they are crispy on the outside.
- Mix all the spices together in a small bowl.
- Remove from the flame in a big bowl and while they are still hot, add the Chaat Chaska Masala mixture and toss it until it's coated properly.
- Serve fresh and crisp for a better experience.
- You can also store it in an air-tight container for future use.
