Ingredients:
Makhana: 90 gms
Milk: 400 ml
Chocolate: 100 gms
Sugar: 50 gms
Procedure:
- Dry roast Makhana for 3-4 minutes.
- Make a fine powder out of the Makhana.
- In a pot boil the milk and add the chocolate & sugar and melt it well.
- Boil the milk for 5-10 minutes or until chocolate melts.
- Then reduce the flame to low and add the powdered Makhana and cook it until it becomes a custard(mousse) consistency.
- Then in a small glass/bowl.
- Add the prepared mousse mixture and set it in the fridge.
- Serve cold.
