Ingredients:
Makhana: 50 gms
Apple: 1 No.
Ghee: 1 tbsp
Elaichi/Cardamom: 1-2 pieces
Sugar: 50 gms
Milk: 800 ml
Procedure:
- In a non-stick pot, add the milk and boil it on medium flame and reduce to half.
- Dry Roast the Makhanas for 3-4 minutes.
- Crush the Makhanas into a coarse powder, or as desired.
- Peel & cut the apple into small pieces.
- In a pot, heat the Ghee and add the Makhanas, Cardamom, and apples stir for 2-3 minutes then add the reduced milk and sugar to it.
- Boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve fresh and warm.
