Highly nutritious Makhana mixed with chocolate will give your kids or the kid in you a tasty as well as a high calcium twist to give the young lads out there strong teeth and bones as well as their taste satisfaction.
Ingredients:
Makhana: 160 gms
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Compound Chocolate: 100 gms
(You can even use Dairy Milk Chocolate)
Procedure:
- In a pan add ghee and roast your Makhana in them for 5-7 minutes or until crispy/golden brown.
- Melt your chocolate on a double boiler, or in the microwave in 30-15-30 seconds intervals.
- Add your Makhana into the melted chocolate in batches and remove them out using a fork.
- Dry it out on a flat plate and then set in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
- Enjoy.
