Ingredients:
Makhana: 100 gms
Yogurt: 150 gms
Onion: 50 gms
Tomatoes: 50 gms
Cucumber: 50 gms
Coriander: 20 gms
Salt: to taste
Cumin/Jeera powder: 1 tsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Lemon juice: 10 ml
Procedure:
- Dry roast Makhana for 5-7 minutes or until crispy/golden brown.
- Chop all the vegetables and finely chop the coriander.
- In a big bowl add the yogurt and mix it well until it's creamy.
- Add all the spices and mix well.
- Add the vegetables & Makhana and mix well.
- Add Makhanas 5 minutes before serving for optimum taste.
- Serve at either room temperature or cold.
