Ingredient:
Makhana: 100 gms
Boiled Red Beans: 100 gms
Tomatoes: 50 gms
Bell Pepper: 50 gms
Salt: to taste
Paprika: to taste
Mayonnaise: 20 gms
Procedure:
- Dry roast Makhana for 5-7 minutes or until crispy/golden brown, set aside.
- Boil red beans, set aside.
- Cut all the vegetables into 1 cm cubes.
- In a big bowl add the Mayonnaise, salt and paprika.
- Mix all the vegetables together in the dressing and mix well.
- Serve fresh for optimum taste.
