Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Makhana - 200 grams

Oil - 2 tbsp

Peri peri spice mix - 1 tbsp

Salt - to taste

Procedure:

  1. Heat a Aluminium Pan/Kadai on a medium flame.
  2. Add 2 tablespoon of oil, and heat it up.
  3. Add your Makhanas and roast them on medium flame for 7-8 minutes or until they are crispy on the outside.
  4. Remove from flame in a big bowl and while they are still hot, add the peri peri spice mixture and toss it until it's coated properly.
  5. Serve fresh and crisp for a better experience
  6. You can also store it in an air tight container for future use.
