Ingredients:
Makhana - 200 grams
Oil - 2 tbsp
Peri peri spice mix - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Procedure:
- Heat a Aluminium Pan/Kadai on a medium flame.
- Add 2 tablespoon of oil, and heat it up.
- Add your Makhanas and roast them on medium flame for 7-8 minutes or until they are crispy on the outside.
- Remove from flame in a big bowl and while they are still hot, add the peri peri spice mixture and toss it until it's coated properly.
- Serve fresh and crisp for a better experience
- You can also store it in an air tight container for future use.
