Preparation time: 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
Makhana: 200 grams
Oil: 1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese powder: 1 tbsp
Salt: a few pinches
Procedure:
- Heat an Aluminium Pan/Kadai on a medium flame.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil, and heat it up.
- Add your Makhanas and roast them on a medium flame for 7-8 minutes or until they are crispy on the outside.
- Remove from the flame in a big bowl and while they are still hot, add the Cheddar cheese Powder and the salt & toss it until it gets evenly coated.
- Serve fresh and crisp for a better experience
- You can also store it in an air-tight container for future use.
